Rebecca Jade wakes up religiously at 4am every day to work on her physique. The 43-year-old from Llanelli, Wales, is now considered a pro athlete in her field. However, she recently hit a bump in the road when her coach told her she has developed too much muscle and conditioning for the Pro Masters Bikini category.

While competition judges might think she is too developed, viewers on Babestation absolutely cannot get enough of her “muscle goddess” physique. We are taking a look at her incredible journey from extreme endurance running to dominating the live cam screen.

From the Amazon Jungle to the Stage

Before she became a bodybuilding pro, Rebecca took on gruelling long-distance races around the world. She was due to compete in a major race through the Amazon jungle in 2021, but Covid travel restrictions postponed the event twice. Rather than stop training, she decided to enter a bodybuilding competition.

“I found a coach and told him I wanted to do one bikini preparation season before going back to running,” she explained. “I came second in my first amateur show and won my second. I also earned a pro card, so I started thinking I was quite good at it.”

She eventually conquered the Amazon run in 2022, finishing in the top 10 alongside the men despite suffering several injuries in one of the world’s most hostile environments. Knowing she needed a break from running, she decided to give bodybuilding a proper go.

The 4am Grind and Outgrowing the Bikini Division

Since 2023, Rebecca has dominated amateur competitions across the UK and internationally. Believing she needed more muscle to keep winning, she spent 18 months training hard. This summer, she secured two class wins, two overall victories, and two professional cards.

However, after finishing sixth in the British finals for her first pro show, her coach delivered some unexpected news.

“My coach thinks I’ve now grown too much muscle and conditioning for Pro Masters Bikini,” she shared. “I might need to find a different category because my body is not within the guidelines for bikini anymore.”

But Rebecca refuses to shrink down just to please the judges. “I’ve become bigger and more muscular. But that isn’t a bad thing. I’d rather lose points for having too much than not enough. I don’t want to shrink and undo all my hard work.”

Instead of losing her hard-earned muscle, she is stepping up into the Figure division and plans to return to the stage in late 2027. Her dedication is undeniable, as she wakes up at 4am every single day to train before starting her working day.

Defending Body Autonomy

Rebecca also recently spoke out to defend actress Sydney Sweeney following the backlash over her recent sports advert. Female athletes had criticised the campaign for being too sexualised, but Rebecca firmly believes women should be free to showcase their bodies however they choose.

“Sex has always sold. Male athletes also do it, so I don’t see what the problem is,” she said. “For years, women fought for their rights, our bodies, our choices. But now, all of a sudden, it becomes a problem if people don’t agree with their choices or if those choices don’t align with their own.”

She added, “Athletic bodies are works of art. They show hard work, discipline, blood, sweat and tears, and years of consistency. They should be shown off and celebrated if the athlete chooses to. Her body, her business.”

The Alpha Female of Babestation

While judges in the bikini division might think she is too muscly, her fans completely disagree. Rebecca originally joined Babestation as a 23-year-old back in 2006. After nearly two decades away, she made a triumphant return to the platform in November 2025, and she says it pairs perfectly with her bodybuilding lifestyle.

“Some of my callers just want to flirt and talk, while others want me to be horrible to them,” she revealed. “They like the dominating, alpha female side of me. They call me a muscle goddess.”

In fact, her physical development has only boosted her popularity.

“Muscle worship is really popular, particularly when I’m ripped and veiny and my body fat is extremely low,” she explained. “When I’m shredded and at my most muscular, that’s when I’m busiest. My viewers love the muscles, even if they mean I no longer fit the criteria for Pro Masters Bikini.”
