Megan Rox, a Birmingham-native and fan favourite on Babestation, has spilled the beans on one of the strangest encounters of her career. Speaking candidly on the Option One Podcast, Megan revealed that while she is used to getting viewers hot and steamy, the most baffling moment of her career happened when a customer paid a huge sum to flip the script entirely.
In a twist that left the model doing a double-take, Megan found herself as the spectator in a bizarre “role reversal” scenario that proved to be far more eccentric than she could have imagined.
The Ultimate Role Reversal
The interaction began innocently enough with a request for a “cam-to-cam” session, but Megan quickly realised this wasn’t going to be a standard private show. The customer was situated in a hotel room, accompanied by three of his friends.
“I was like, ‘Oh hello, I wasn’t expecting this,'” Megan recalled. “Then they all started giving each other lap dances and I didn’t know where to look.”
Rather than performing herself, Megan was instructed to simply sit and watch. As the session progressed, the trio’s antics “kicked up a notch,” becoming increasingly wild and racy between the friends. Despite being baffled by the scene unfolding on her screen, Megan maintained her professionalism. “He asked if I was enjoying it, so I just said, ‘So good,'” she laughed, admitting she had to lie in the moment to keep the customer happy.

Megan also touched upon the initial friction her career choice caused within her personal life. She revealed that her family did not speak to her for weeks after learning she had joined Babestation. However, time and understanding have healed those rifts.
Today, her family relationships are repaired, grounded in the knowledge that she is safe, happy, and financially independent. “Now they have realised that I’m happy, not in any trouble, safe and I’m so much better off,” Megan explained. To maintain this balance, she keeps her work life separate from family gatherings. “I never speak about my work with my loved ones… I’d just rather keep it that way.”
