Most Brits won’t admit they’re into feet, but their private search history tells a very different story. A new study by Babestation reveals which body parts turn on Brittons the most.

The study examined the top turn-ons for Brits by looking at Google search trends and cosmetic surgery data. The report tracked how often people searched for things like “sexy legs,” “hot arms,” and even “feet porn” to see what people look up when they’re alone. Then it compared that with the most popular cosmetic procedures to create a Turn-on Intensity score from 0 to 100. Survey responses were included, too, but kept separate since people don’t always admit to what they actually search for.

1. Boobs

Boobs are the Brits’ biggest turn-on. People search for boob pics way more than other sexual body parts when no one’s looking, about twice as often. Around 1 in 12 Brits will also openly say boobs are the most attractive female feature, which is why breast augmentation remains the most requested procedure in the country. Over 5,000 women underwent this surgery last year, and that figure actually went up from 2023, meaning the demand keeps climbing.
2. Feet
Feet are the most secretly desired body part in Britain. Almost nobody will admit to finding them attractive, with just 1 in 33 people confessing so when asked. But their private searches tell a completely different story. In reality, foot porn gets looked up almost 40K times every month, making it the most popular kink among Brits. There’s no mainstream surgery to make feet sexier, though some people do get Cinderella procedures or bunion corrections to reshape theirs.
3. Arms
Arms are way more popular than most people think, with about 1 in 5 Brits calling them attractive. Women especially rate arms highly when talking about what they find hot in men. Around 17K Brittons also search for ways to make their arms look better every month. And the surgery side shows the same thing too, with arm lifts becoming increasingly common. Nearly 440 procedures were done last year, and that number jumped 13% from the year before.
4. Abs
Abs are also a huge deal in Britain. About 1 in 8 people say abs are the most attractive feature, with women being into them more than men. At the same time, tummy tuck procedures are getting increasingly popular, as nearly 3,000 people paid to get their stomachs surgically flattened last year, making it one of the most common cosmetic procedures in the country. People might not be constantly Googling “sexy abs” like they do with feet or boobs, but they’re definitely willing to drop serious cash to get them.
5. Eyes
Eyes round out the top five features that turn Brits on the most. While hardly anyone searches for eyes in a sexual sense, fixing your peepers through surgery is surprisingly popular. Over 3,000 eyelid procedures were done last year, making it the second most common cosmetic surgery in the UK. It’s also one of the fastest-growing categories, as the procedures are up another 13% from the year before. So even though only 1 in 25 Brits say eyes are the most attractive feature, in reality, people might be thinking about them way more than they let on.

“There are two different things happening here. Some surgeries are about making yourself more attractive to other people, like boobs or bums. But others are about fixing what makes you insecure when you look in the mirror. Social media plays a huge role in that second category. We’re constantly seeing perfect noses and flawless skin on Instagram, so people start feeling bad about their own faces. That’s why eye surgeries are so popular, even though barely anyone lists them as the hottest features.”
