A Is for… The A-List of Babeshow History

Babeshows are about as British as late nights, dodgy channel surfing and wondering how the hell you ended up watching at 2am. For decades, they’ve been cheeky, glamorous, chaotic and completely unapologetic. And while the shows have changed massively, the one constant has always been the women who made them memorable.

Some became legends. Some were cult favourites. Some were there for years. Others appeared briefly but somehow left a mark. The Babeshow Forums has also played a huge part in keeping that history alive. Whatever the ups and downs between the forums and show management over the years, its members have created an enormous archive of names, careers, characters and memories. And as time moves on, that record matters. So, we’re working through the alphabet and digging out the women who helped make British babeshow history what it is. And naturally, we’re starting with A.

Abby B

Abby B joined Babestation in August 2020, right in the middle of the strangest period the industry had ever seen. With Covid restrictions changing how television was produced, she became part of a new generation of live cam girls. She already had plenty of experience in front of people, having worked as a lap dancer and lingerie model for several years.

What makes Abby’s story particularly interesting is what she was doing before all that. Her appearance on the Option One podcast revealed a rather unexpected journey from finance into adult entertainment. Not exactly the usual career path.

Alice Goodwin

Alice Goodwin was already a popular Lads mag favourite before she found her way onto the babeshows. Born in Stoke-on-Trent, Alice first appeared on Babestation in 2010 before moving to Studio66, where she worked across both the daytime and nightshows. She returned to Babestation in July 2014 and stayed long enough to become one of its most recognisable faces.

There were awards along the way too, including a 2018 UKAP Awards finalist spot and UK Babe Channels Night Babe of the Year nominations in 2021 and 2022. But Alice’s biggest achievement was arguably staying power. Plenty of glamour models dipped their toes into the babe channels before moving on. Alice made it a proper second chapter of her career and became one of the links between the old-school glamour era and the modern Babestation world.

Amanda Rendall

If there was ever a babe who deserved the title bad girl, Amanda Rendall would be pretty high on the list. Amanda was first discovered when she entered a Page 3 competition for The Sun at 18 before becoming one of the early stars of Babestation. Known as the A-Bomb, she had the looks, the attitude and a habit of keeping everyone guessing.

She later joined Bang Babes, where she became involved in one of the most infamous moments in babeshow history: Lollypop Gate. The 2009 broadcast became part of babeshow folklore and perfectly captured that anything-goes period when the channels were competing hard for attention and Ofcom was never too far away.

Amanda went on to appear across Babestation, Bang Babes, Bluebird, Sex Station, Red Light Central and Xpanded, popping back into the industry across different eras. She also launched her own venture, Shebang, appeared on Channel 5’s Porn Stars: Our Secret World and, in 2024, was inducted into the Babeshow Forum Hall of Fame. Amanda wasn’t just a long-serving performer. She was a proper character – controversial, entrepreneurial and very difficult to ignore.

Amber Paige

Amber Paige joined Babestation in May 2020 and quickly became a familiar face of its newer generation. Originally from Dunstable, Amber brought a confident presence to the screen and later appeared on Channel 5’s Adults Only: Cam Girls Get Rich, which looked at the world of modern camming and online adult entertainment. She remains part of the Babestation story and is another name keeping the A-list going into the modern era.

Aria Rose

Aria Rose joined Babestation in April 2019 and quickly became a popular daytime performer. Having built a loyal following since entering the babeshow industry, Aria has been recognised repeatedly at the UK Adult Awards, reaching the daytime final in 2023, 2024 and 2025. She has also picked up Babestation Babe of the Month three times. That’s not bad going when you’re competing for attention in a studio full of performers.

Ashley Emma

Ashley Emma is one of those names that feels almost synonymous with the modern babeshow era. Ashley first appeared on Studio66 in August 2009. She worked her way from daytime into the nightshows, had a brief spell with Bluebird and eventually joined Babestation in June 2014. She became one of its best-known nighttime performers, staying until March 2021 before making a surprise return from home in October 2024.

Forum members voted her Queen of Babestation in 2016. She was also a finalist at the 2018 UKAP Awards and entered the Babeshow Forum Hall of Fame in 2022. What makes Ashley particularly interesting is the ground she covered. She started in an era when television was king and stayed relevant as the industry moved towards webshows, cams and interactive content. Not many performers can say they successfully crossed both worlds.

Ashlyn Shaw

Ashlyn Shaw became a familiar face across several of the major channels. The Sheffield-born blonde bombshell began on the Studio66 nightshow in December 2018 before adding daytime appearances. She moved to Xpanded in October 2019 and then joined the Babestation webshows in April 2020. She really found her feet online. In 2023, she finished runner-up in the UK Channel Awards nightshow category, won Ultimate Webshow and also finished runner-up in the overall Ultimate category.

Atlanta Moreno

And then there’s Atlanta Moreno. Atlanta was a competitive gymnast before entering the adult industry, competing nationally and internationally as a teenager. She later worked at Cleopatra’s Lounge in Huddersfield before joining the Babestation nightshow in August 2017. And she didn’t exactly blend into the background. Atlanta had the athleticism, but it was her confidence, humour and huge personality that really made her stand out. She even created her own fictional kingdom, Lantaland, complete with its own queen. Personal branding before personal branding became the buzzword.

Atlanta appeared on Channel 5’s Porn Stars: Our Secret World and in adult productions including Fake Taxi, but it was on the babeshows where she really made her name. She won Babeshow Forum Newcomer of the Year in 2017, took the UKAP Nightshow runner-up spot in 2018 before winning in 2019, and was crowned Queen of Babestation that same year. She picked up more awards in 2021, including UK Babe Channels Night Babe of the Year and Ultimate Webshow Babe, before being inducted into the Babeshow Forum Hall of Fame in January 2023. Lantaland may have closed its borders, but its queen definitely left her mark. Check out Atlanta’s hardcore content in the VIP members gallery.

And plenty more…

Of course, the A-list doesn’t stop there.

Alexandra – the petite brunette who moved between Studio66 and Babestation.

Alicia Sweets – small, tattooed and impossible to miss.

Alyssa Jay – the curvy auburn-haired daytime favourite who picked up a UK Adult Awards nomination in 2025.

Annie Bullah – one of the ultimate channel-hoppers, appearing everywhere from Amateur Wives and Sex Station to Studio66 and Babestation Cams.

Annie Mae – one of the current generation still flying the flag for A.

April Mae – the former Stringfellows dancer who brought plenty of nightclub attitude to the nightshows.

And then there’s Amy Capri, Ashleigh Doll, Aurora Sky, Ashleigh Embers, Alexa Heart, Annie Lovato, Alexa Brook, Abi Monroe, Aemelia Fox, Anna Joy, Ashton Rae, Anan Bailey, Azura Alii and Ani James.

Some stayed for years. Some disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived. But they all became part of the enormous, slightly bonkers tapestry that is British babeshow history.

And That Was A…

Not a bad start to the alphabet.

We’ve had glamour icons, Hall of Famers, award winners, channel-hoppers, daytime favourites and some of the women who helped drag the industry from traditional television into the world of webshows and cams. And that’s exactly why these names are worth remembering. Because the history of the babeshows isn’t really about the channels. It’s about the women who made people tune in.
