In this list, I share these foods with you. I’m not suggesting you only eat these three things but adding them to your diet can do you the world of good!
So if you want to be at the top of your game in the bedroom or looking for that little something extra to improve your performance. These foods play a huge part in ensuring you have the drive, the energy and the endurance to perform at your best when it’s time to throw down with that special someone:
1) Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate can be an acquired taste, but once you’re reaping the benefits in the bedroom, you’ll never want to stop eating it.
Why is it so great for sex? Because dark chocolate is packed with an amino acid called Arginine which relaxes the blood vessels, enabling blood to flow more freely, helping you maintain your erection for longer. On top of that, the eating of dark chocolate releases endorphins, a.k.a. ‘happy hormones’, which reduce stress and fatigue, facilitating the production of nitric oxide in your body, reducing high blood pressure and increasing your sex drive.

Another off-putting food for the uninitiated but stay with me, these slimy bastards, could be your new best friends!
Zinc is an essential mineral to increase blood flow in the sex organs of both men and women and oysters have one of the highest concentrations of zinc in any food source. They’re like the king of the libido food chain and your sex organs will thank you for giving them a try!
Zinc isn’t stored naturally in the body, so dietary intake is essential, and not only does it help with libido, it maintains and improves the health of the prostate, keeps hair healthy, and helps cells ensure they continue to repair so they’re ideal for a post workout snack
If you can’t quite bring yourself to chow down on oyster, then chicken, red meat, chickpeas, and nuts are great sources of zinc as well.

Last but not least in this libido loving list is salmon. Known for having heart-healthy omega-3 which helps prevent the build-up of plaque in your arteries. This keeps the circulatory system working smoothly and reduces the risk of coronary heart disease. All good things in keeping your body, and heart healthy which in turn will improve performance in the bedroom. No more huffing and puffing when you’re in the middle of the act.
It’s not just salmon that will do the trick but also sardines, tuna, in fact all fish are a great source of protein, vitamin B12, vitamin D and that all important zinc we mentioned earlier.
