Babe of the Month 2022: From Babe Show Legends to Future Stars

Looking back, 2022 now feels like a fascinating moment in Babestation's history. The year marked the 20th anniversary of Babestation, which first launched on 1 December 2002, making it one of the longest-running interactive adult entertainment brands in the world.
To celebrate the milestone, Babestation embraced one of the biggest technology trends of the time by launching its own 20th Anniversary NFT collection. In 2022, NFTs were everywhere. Celebrities, sports clubs and major brands were all exploring digital collectibles, and Babestation joined the movement with a commemorative collection celebrating two decades of the channel.
Looking back today, it is a reminder of just how quickly internet trends can come and go. Who remembers NFTs? Even so, the collection remains a unique footnote in Babestation's long history.
The twelve Babe of the Month winners showcased the performers who helped define Babestation's twentieth anniversary year.
While 2021 had introduced a new generation of performers, 2022 saw Babestation increasingly become the destination for many of Britain's best-known babe-show stars. Experienced television favourites from Studio 66, S66, Red Light Central, Rampant TV and Xpanded joined the platform, while rising performers such as Zoe Grey, Megan Rox, Ashlyn Shaw and Jamie Hall were only beginning careers that would make them some of Babestation's biggest names.
New Stars Emerge
Away from the studio, a new generation of Babestation performers was also becoming increasingly visible in the national press. Amber Paige, Megan Rox and April Mae regularly featured in newspaper interviews and human-interest stories, helping to give the channel a fresh public profile. During the UK's cost of living crisis, the trio even made headlines after announcing they were reducing the price of their calls and webcam shows to support loyal regulars who were struggling with rising household bills.
Babestation in 2022
The Babe of the Month winners appeared during an extraordinary year in British and international history.
Russia's invasion of Ukraine dominated the headlines from February onwards, England reached the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, and Britain mourned the death of Queen Elizabeth II after more than 70 years on the throne.
Babestation itself became part of one of the year's more unusual television stories when, on 19 September 2022, its channels suspended their normal programming to broadcast the Queen's State Funeral.
The decision attracted widespread media coverage after viewers noticed that Babestation and other adult television channels had replaced their usual programming with live coverage of the historic event. Social media reacted with a mixture of surprise, humour and respect as the channels joined broadcasters across the UK in paying tribute to Britain's longest-reigning monarch.
It remains one of the most memorable moments in Babestation's broadcasting history.
January – Alex Le Tissier
The year began with The Queen of Southampton Alex Le Tissier being named January's Babe of the Month, recognising her popularity with Babestation viewers.
February – Kimmy Lopez
By the time Kimmy Lopez won February's award, she had already spent around ten years working across the UK babe show industry.
Following appearances on Studio 66, Red Light Central and Xpanded, Kimmy joined Babestation after fellow performer Amanda Rendall encouraged her to make the move.
"Amanda Rendall said go to Babestation, it's the best place in the industry. I can confirm she was right."
Kimmy also praised the loyalty of Babestation viewers and the relationships performers could build with regular fans.

March – Ashlyn Shaw
March's winner Ashlyn Shaw represented another exciting addition to Babestation.
Having spent three years on webcams before joining the platform, Ashlyn described Babestation as:

April – Kourt Thora

Speaking about the experience, Zoe said:

The final Babe of the Month of 2022 celebrated one of Britain's genuine babe show legends Georgie Darby
